JidoSeal inside your AI tool
jidoseal-mcp is a small program that runs on your machine. Your AI tool asks it to scan a folder, and gets back the grade (Bronze, Silver or Gold) and, for every file, the fields it still needs for the next grade. Pick a folder, scan it, fix it free. The certificate is optional.
Install
pip install jidoseal-mcpNo account and no API key. Then add it to your tool:
- Claude Code:
claude mcp add jidoseal -- jidoseal-mcp - Codex:
codex mcp add jidoseal -- jidoseal-mcp - Gemini CLI:
gemini mcp add -s user jidoseal jidoseal-mcp - Claude Desktop:
add {"mcpServers":{"jidoseal":{"command":"jidoseal-mcp"}}} to claude_desktop_config.json - Cursor:
add the same entry to ~/.cursor/mcp.json - GitHub Copilot:
add {"servers":{"jidoseal":{"type":"stdio","command":"jidoseal-mcp"}}} to .vscode/mcp.json - Zed, Cline, Continue, JetBrains AI Assistant:
the same command, in each tool's MCP settings - A local model:
any MCP client in front of it that can start a local command
Then ask: “Scan ~/notes with JidoSeal and tell me what's missing for Silver.” Every step, per tool, is in the README on GitHub.
Nothing leaves your machine
The scan runs locally. No file, file name or file content is sent anywhere. Only if you choose to buy a certificate does the tool pass on your name, email, grade and score, never your files.
Same grade as the site
It uses the same rules as the browser Self-Check, so an AI tool and the page agree on your grade.
